Anna's Naan Pizza...Yummy

OK so if you know me then you know that I have a weakness for pizza..LOL. Love it and love making my own too! I thought I would share with you all my quick and easy pizza that is my favorite right now ;)

What you will need:
Naan Garlic Bread ( found in the specialty breads section of your local market)
Ken's - Light Options - Olive Oil & Vinegar
Oregano
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Tomato
Green Pepper

Optional Add Ons: Black Olive Tapenade

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Remove the bread from the wrapped and layout them out on a cutting board. Take the Ken's Olive Oil & Vinegar and pour about a table spoon on the bread and evenly spread it around.

Then slice your tomatoes and green peppers very thin and arrange on top of bread.

Add some Oregano and Parmesan Cheese to your veggies :)

Now comes the good part ;) add your mozzarella cheese and get ready to place it in the oven on the rack for about ten minutes.

After you ten minutes or so, its ready to take out and cut up to enjoy!

I love olives and love them on my pizza ;) so when I found this topping spread...I had to add a little to my pizza!

Well, I hope you try this recipe out some time. It's a favorite at my house.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
