Coloring Flowers

I'm not sure about the rest of you but I'm so ready for spring!! I want to see flowers popping up and showing off their beauty. We have had a very mild winter, except these last two weeks in which we got a few inches of snow. I would rather shovel sand than snow any day!

I thought I would share with you these lovely images of flowers. These make fabulous tags or images to place on cards. Color them in with your color pencils, Copic markers or whatever you might have on hand. You can cut them out with your Spellbinders Nestabilities dies too!

Packaging Update

So I had to really go back to the drawing board when it came to my packaging!

These cute flowers need a cute place to hang out in before they get used on a project!

These are some new flowers that I will have coming to my store soon. I also have more colors coming as well. They will not be available until the end of Oct. Just in time for the Christmas season.

New Handmade Paper Flower Spray

This is probably my favorite by far that I have made. I love the color and really enjoyed creating this spray. This spray took me about 3hrs to create. There is a lot of hand embossing that goes into my sprays. Every petal and leaf is hand embossed and then shaded to make it come to life. This type of spray I will do custom orders for but however all my sprays are OOAK and will not be reproduced to look exactly like one I have created. I will add different things to all my sprays to have them be "Just Your" spray! This type of spray is going for $14.99. I can make any color you would like. We often run through life racing to get to the next day. We forget to stop some times and be thankful for what we have. I am guilty of this at times. The last couple of months, I feel like I have been climbing a mountain that never stops. Along the way I never noticed that there were valleys that I could have stopped at. Life is about learning lessons and growing stronger with each one. I'm thankful that I found a path to which I could take a rest and reflect on what I have in my life. I'm so very thankful for my family and friends. I know without them I couldn't have made it this far. They inspire me to keep pushing the limits of all of this. Each smile I see on my children's face is a blessing. Their spirits are like angels playing in the clouds. My friend's shoulders are strong from me leaning on them but they enjoy the workout..LOL. I'm also thankful for the support that my followers and customers give me. I have made some wonderful friends along the way. I want to show my appreciation by giving away this flower spray.

Christmas Shabby Chic Paper Flower Spray

I created something very pretty last night and I'm so excited to share with you all! I got most of my items cut of my stems do I can insert them into my sprays. I usually use glitter leaves and berries from Christmas picks to add a little sparkle to my sprays. Everything else on them are handmade by me. I create all the flowers by hand and the leaves. I can't wait to start cranking some more of these OOAK sprays out in my etsy shop. I posted this one just a few minutes ago in my store. I hope to have more by tomorrow! :)

Christmas Mini Sprays

It feels as though I have not created much lately :( So I had some free time today and thought I would share with you all my new Christmas flower sprays that I will be selling soon. I hope to get some more time this weekend to add to my collection! All the flowers and most of the leaves on the sprays have been hand embossed and inked. These flowers and sprays are my favorite to create!

I have been making flowers again!

So I took a break from Internet life and locked myself in my scrap room. I have created some flowers in the past but these are my favorite by far. They are big but very nice! I really enjoy making these flowers. I hand embossed each petal and then assemble each layer one at a time. Some I sprinkle with glitter and some I don't. I will be selling these flowers on my blog. I will not have them up and ready until tomorrow. I can create any color you can think of! I'm very glad that I took some time to myself and created flowers. I can't wait until the next set. These will have a different petal on them but may be as big as these though. I guess we'll wait and see! Check out my YouTube video, I give you a sneak peek to some of them.

Cute Embellishment Sets

I only did one set last week for theme week. The Cherry Embellishment is from my first theme week sets, I just never posted it in my shop. I did however add some flowers to it. I really love the sunshine peaking over the flowers. This could go on so many different layouts. (example: baby, spring, summer, and etc...)

More Flowers Sets Now Listed!!

Good morning,
I have had a very busy weekend and I caught a cold. I woke up Saturday morning and couldn't talk. Well, these flowers were suppose to be listed on Saturday but I didn't get a chance to so I listed them this morning. I'm really having fun making all these different kinds of flowers. I hope to start on my fabric flowers this week too. I have a few done but they just didn't look right. You can see more of my sets in my Etsy Store!

Theme week " Garden"

Hello everyone,
Sorry for the delay in getting theme week up on my blog. I have been super busy with orders and I have been trying to catch up on making some new flowers. Monday's project is a embellishment of a flower pot. I made this one simple. Some people don't like all the noise on their tags or embellishments. I really like the colors I used. They are very easy on the eyes. This theme week has a lot of possibilities. I hope to get some smaller tags done later in the week to go with theme week. Enjoy!

Flower Image to Print and Color

Who doesn't like flowers??? i know I love them and love using them on cards. As soon as I print this flower I'm going to wet my paint brush and use my chalk to color in. I think I'm going to use pinks. Starting with the light color in the middle and working out with the darks!! Should turn out very nice!
